5Pc Construction

Our 45 Degree Polyester Door Collection incorporates a 4 piece mitred frame, with a 1 piece center panel (5 Pieces total).

This construction method most accurately simulates the look of a solid wood mitred door. For woodgrain doors, the grain direction runs around the perimeter of the door just like a normal wood framed door does. This makes for an extremely authentic looking door that is hard to distinguish from natural wood.

The recessed center panel gives these doors a 3D depth that is not achieved with a one piece door style. This panel it also what gives the door it's authentic 'real wood' look.

Woodgrain Durability

One of the biggest drawbacks with a stained/painted wood product, is how easily they can scratch. Our heavily textured wood-grains come with an unmatched level of durability you won't find with a natural wood product.

The car keys lying on the drawer face in the photo are a clear indication that these polyester 5pc doors will pass the scratch test! The level of scratch resistance these wood-grain doors have is incredible.

This is a door that will hold up against everyday use and then some!

Edge Durability

After purchasing a brand new custom kitchen, the last thing you want is to experience damage to your cabinetry. While we strongly advise keeping in-use counter-top appliances away from your upper cabinetry, it's nice to know you've got some protection.

The nature of a door frame with a fully wrapped profile means there is no seam along the bottom edge of the door. This equips our 5pc doors with the ability to withstand some exposure to heat and moisture.
