BENEFIT #1
Timeless Look
Maple is considered a timeless classic. There are more maple kitchen cabinets in Canada than there are any other wood species.
Equally suited to contemporary as they are traditional, maple cabinets can be used to add a touch of natural beauty and class to any kitchen space.
BENEFIT #2
Versatility
Some species of wood look one way in their natural state, but when stain is applied, look altogether different. This is not the case with maple.
One reason we chose to include maple in our online product offering is because of how well it takes a stain finish. The subtle grain is quite uniform but still has that natural wood quality, allowing you to go dark, or as light as possible.
If you're on the fence between a solid colour and a wood-grain, maple might be exactly what you're looking for!
BENEFIT #3
Strength
We use a Select Grade Hard Maple to build our cabinet doors. More durable than oak, birch or pine, white maple is one of the hardest woods suitable for cabinetwork. It's resilience lends itself well to the tough demands of a modern kitchen.
Maple also tends to withstand changes in humidity better than other hardwoods.
BENEFIT #4
The Savings
Maple is the most affordable hardwood available in Ontario.
If you're going to make the decision to use a natural wood in your kitchen, our hard maple will give you the best bang for your buck.
